I saw that about the scripts. It doesn't look that different just has a bit of a more user friendly interface within RPG Maker.

The scripting would be the same, but I wonder if you now have to designated editable portions for them to show up in MV. I'm not really a scripter (but I have edited and fixed a couple scripts) so this will probably not impact me much.

MV is looking pretty good now, though.

It's IN the west.. not on...
Only time we say on is like.. when a weather man talks about for instance.. the drout ON the West Coast.
Otherwise, it's IN the west. Oiveh.. someone needs to proof read this stuff...
But yeah, the auto shadows always ticked me off... with 3 layers now, i can always shoehorn in my own shadows... more complex looking shadows.

Despite avoiding to talk about the english issue, since I don't even speak english natively. I hope you won't hate me for that ^^"
I fully agree with you about the auto shadows being a pain in the rear.
 
And you'll be able to have 32*32 tiles, as long as you use some placeholder blurry upscaled ones in the actual engine folder itself - just redirect the plugin's tile source to find the Ace tiles when the game is loaded.
