Banner Revote

Hello ladies and gentlemen of RMMV! A few of you all have brought it to my attention that even though you voted for this amazing new banner of ours, it just doesn't sit right with the simplicity of the theme. This theme is absolutely amazing, and everyone loves it, don't get me wrong (Thus why it got chosen). However, it is way complex, detailed, and very complicated compared to our very simplistic structure of the site. This has a few people asking for a revote of the banner with the runner up.

Once again, the banner we have was an amazing banner, by no means to we want to offend the creator of this banner at all. We simply wish to open up a revote to ensure that the members may have a second chance at voicing their opinions.

That is nothing compared to what it's normally like. I normally have about 20-30 tabs just in RMMV. I have to have a lot of references, different admin tabs, script sections of the forums, medals, etc. I'm a busy man when it comes to RMMV XD

I honestly think the original (before the banners) with just text was suited well to the forum theme, since that's what the whole theme seemed to be based from. The runner-up has a larger "v" which I'm not too keen on.

I gave you the option to vote for the original text/banner :) Also I'm sure @PandaMaru would be able to make the V the same size as the M.

Well. Consider my vote changed xD.

It's not really the V shape I don't like, it's just the "textured" look of the text in general. It's a very simple theme, so the simple text suits it.

I changed vote for original plain text as well. Funny when I was making a banner for the contest I was going to just submit the original hahahah. Anywyas I have nothing against the banners I'm voting for, they are both great looking but the plain font is very fitting imo.

I don't have anything against these banners at all, they're good graphic design - just not really suiting the forum's theme.

I like

much more than the other one.

Fonts that have chopped off parts of letters aren't my thing. I also like the deeper color of red, it seems to complement the black background more.

The only thing that bugs me is the random yellow splatter in the right middle area. It looks like it's a hammer striking on a forge. While I think that's a cool idea, it kind of seems like the full result is missing. :(

Anyway, I voted for number 1. The second one is too flashy for me and I don't like the font "RPG Maker" is written in. Every time I look at it I have to squint for some reason. :D

Well, he did look up "the difference between..." and "minimum wage" for something, so I am assuming he is looking up minimum wage for a position he doesn't know (or wants to confirm) the difference between :P

No, it isn't. Which is why I find that so odd. Everything else I look at on my screen is totally fine. Even blank white pages. Maybe it's just the combination of the colours that make me squint. I'm usually not that sensitive. :D

The reason for the bigger V, cuted M and the texture is the original MV-Logo. (Sample)
Just plain colour, no cut, same sized letters looks boring

First one feels a little spaceship-like for me, imo.
