*This has happened to me* You somehow find yourself in what everyone else feels like a argument, or heated disagreement with another member. You didn't mean to do this of course. How would you react to the situation?

Hmm. Last time this happened to me, it was in person. I'll do my best to make an example of what I would do on the forum.
1) Intervene in the argument/disagreement
2) Tell them to stop their argument/disagreement
3) If they talk back, go get an admin quick
4) Water down the situation.

Why do you want to be a moderator?

I want to be a mod because I am an active member of the community, and I have some self moderation as I watch out for people going off-topic on threads I have made and I told them to make another thread if they wanted to continue the conversation. I also like helping people as a whole which makes me a useful person. I'm also in a different timezone which means I can work while most of the forum sleep. I also donated, as I love the forums so much, but I'd like to keep that sponsor rank which will help us run the forums.

What is leadership?

Ouch. I knew this would come. This is a question that perplexes me all the time. Let me think...
Leadership is an odd thing. My sort of leadership is you are a person with the ability to help lead others with things.

What is the difference between leadership and management?

This is much easier.
The difference between leadership and management is that leadership is someone whom helps lead others and management is controlling and managing (It's in the word).

What is responsibility?

Responsibility is a duty of having to deal and take care over someone or something. Like taking responsibility for my role as mod.

What is the difference between responsibility and accountability?

The difference between responsibility and accountability is that responsibility is when you deal and take care over someone or something while accountability is like counting on someone (I think).

What is my favorite font and my rival font?

Comic Sans? That seems to be everyone's favourite. I don't read your posts enough to know :P

If you manage to become the new Mod, shall you have more confidence and bring the community step foward in the right direction while keeping your strong convictions?

Yes. I'll do my best. Though I'm an introvert, I am ready to take up the challenge.

What would you do if an admin did something that you disagreed with, and why?

What would your reaction be if another staff member took credit for something you did without your permission? How would you handle the situation?

I would probably challenge them assertively in this situation. If not, then I can't answer these questions with a solid solution.

I think the biggest challenge would be me being away when everyone is here because I am in a timezone further than most on here (UTC+12:00) and that will mean I might not be around for important events. It is near impossible to overcome this for me because I can't and won't go over to America just for the time zone. To overcome this, I may try to wake up earlier so I'm awake when everyone else is awake.

Although this is challenge it's also very helpful for the moderators that wont be here to keep things clean, because right now we have a more general timezone but once more members sign up we will have a whole new timezone to take care of, this may cause issues for some moderators. I have no more questions for you guys, everyone else seemed to have done a great job on the questions lol.

A few new members have joined, their native tongue is Mandarin( or a language foreign to you), other members are having problems understanding them when they write in English, some members even decided to report the posts for help with translation or to do something about it. What is the best action to take with a language foreign to you? How will you interact with such members? If they seem to be posting too much messages where others just can't understand them, whats the best action to take?

You seem to have different time zone from LTN Games, so if one of them is out to sleep, the other can easily replace for the time being :D
