I have applied for moderator, and I am glad to say, I have qualified for the voting!
Now, for the hard part. I must win you over.

My campaign may not be creative as others, but I'll give you what I got.

I am @Trumully. I have been using RPG Maker VX Ace for 6 months now.
I am an active member of this community. I have donated as well.
If I were to take this position, I would open up an even bigger opportunity for more community voice.
I would remind people to not break the rules. I have been noticed for self-moderation already. I will warn people about rule breaking if I ever have to.
I think I will be a useful member of staff as well as I am awake when most of the community is asleep.
I help in anyway I can.
I feel that the system of the forums, as it is already, is an awesome and open one! But it can be made better with one more staff member.

I feel that the system of the forums, as it is already, is an awesome and open one! But it can be made better with one more staff member.

Okay, I tested it, but I need you to make a thread about your game so I can say. I just want to follow the rules as it is against the rules to go off topic on a thread. So once you make a thread, I'll give feedback. ;)

My steps for this problem will be:
1) Remind him that he is breaking the rules
2) Warn him that he may be banned
3) Contact and admin and get the person temp banned.
4) If he does it again after he is unbanned, perm ban.
5) Apologise to the friend of mine who the troll had been rude to and tell them that the troll was banned.

Technically the double post issue wont occur as much because of the auto merger, but i have fixed a double post before(Xyphiens to be exact lol) due to the auto merge not detecting a double post that starts on a new page.

Okay for a couple more fun questions, and technically there is no right answer as they can be accomplished in numerous ways, I just want to see how you would deal with these situations.

Okay, so all of a sudden you get a PM from a user who want's justice, he claims to know of a member who is posting stolen resources, you check out the resources but are not too sure because you have not seen these resources before. What do you do?

You know a thread should not be posted under the specific category you found it, but when you go to move it, you yourself are not sure where to put it. What will you do?

1) Ask the user why he thinks the resources are stolen and give evidence that it is.
1a) If not enough viable evidence is provided, I will leave the matter.
2) If enough viable evidence is provided, I will contact admins.
3) While I wait for a response, I will do my research if I can find the original content owner.
4) Get the offender temp banned.
An interesting situation I actually don't know how to handle properly. That's just my idea anyways.

1) Ask a witness for detail & proof on the matter.
2) If the detail is detailed enough and proof is proving enough, I will contact an admin.

I don't think I do enough with the community. This is because I have been a lurker on websites like these for many years now and it's hard getting into a new habit. Yes, I will plan with interacting and spending more time with members as best I can. It's a bit hard to do though with complications being: I'm asleep when you're all awake and I'm busy when you guys are free. But I will do my best.

What I would do would be to say how I feel about what they are doing, politely, and reason why I don't agree with their actions. I would do this because it's a polite but yet open way of disagreeing with someone.

This is tough. I am pretty modest, so I don't take credit as much. But what I would do is remind them that they have stolen something that I have made without my permission and is against the rules to copy someone's work.

Let me remind you that moderating isn't hard until being put to the test. It's different to answer a series of questions than to actually handle a real situation. With that said, to win my vote you must be able to answer the following questions. They are broad enough and appear to be easy but remember, the answer can be said in such a manner that can be considered incorrect if it's not what is being looked for. Granted if I ask the same question as some already may have, I more or less skimmed over everyone questions.

Q: What is the difference between leadership and management?

Q: What is responsibility?

Q: What is the difference between responsibility and accountability?
