Color Erros with character-creation

Sooo all of a sudden the colors to choose for skin, hair ect. don`t work anymore. The little preview-squares are just blank and when I click one, the color is completeley messed up, except the default setting when you start with a new character.
Does anyone have an idea how to fix this or where this error could come from?
Strangely it worked just fine the first few times I tried it out.
