Is this normal?

Yes, these Resources have been temporarily made unavailable by the author, while the Resources section is being 'overhauled'. Maybe you could contact him directly and work something out..? Click on the 'Author' links and 'Start a conversation' to see what replies you get..? Keep us informed as to progress, please.

No need for you to grieve over your English- it's not as bad as you think, and I'm an editor! But...don't worry about it. You'll get even better over time anyway. And you're at least able to be understood. I hope you'll find this place in general to be understanding and kind! So far, I do. :)
