MV Japan getting 2K3 music remakes?

This was mentioned over on RMW but when i proceeded to talk about it.. a mod shut me up..
So i'm talking about it here.
But it seems that on the japanese page for RMMV they mention remade music from 2K3.

There is also this strange thing where EB has been replaced with Spike Chunsoft...

I have no idea what it means...... but it has me super curious.
Anyhow, i thought i would bring this stuff up here.
I figure we can talk about it here without having a mod over-react and say this is not the place.

Don't panic - the company changing from EB to Spike won't affect anything come the 23rd, but I have no idea of post-release implications.

The second thing you mentioned piqued my interest aswell. I don't know what happened but all I'm pretty sure of is that there has been some beef.

I dunno if we will get those.. no one wanted to confirm it over at RMW..
We will have to wait and see come the 23rd.
But i still wanna know why the change to Spike Chunsoft..... i'm so used to seeing the EB logo....
Was EB just the publishers?
And Spike Chunsoft maybe are the new publishers or something?

The only thing I dislike about eb! becoming Spike Chunsoft is I that can't call them Enterbrainless anymore.

But hey Mike's Chodesalt is a good alternative.

I'm sure I can do better.

I could care less about the RTP music, I never use it.

Intresting find here. I will do some reading and research to see what is up, but I don't think it will be a huge deal, it may even be a really good thing.
