Nice game you've made in a week, simple map design however I seem to be getting stuck at this map on your game:

After this the ghost informs the player that this is their hangout but nothing in the room is able to activate.

I thought I would be able to talk with the ghost... is that the end?

Yes, sorry. I ran out of time to do much more ^^' It's largely unfinished, but I plan to work on it more after this contest.

Indeed it was. I had intended for the ghost girl to join you, and there was another character that didn't make it in the game. Which actually is a good thing in this case, because it means I got to procrastinate on the sprite, heh.

Your game was cool x3 I liked being able to choose the weapon and my gender. Though, I did notice that a LOT of tiles showed up over my character's head, mostly flowers. You may want to fix the passibility settings if you decide to continue your project. x3
Also, I noticed none of the zombies did any damage to me. Not sure if that was intentional or not x3

Oh thanks that's just one of many features I wanted to implement for the game. Didn't get to nearly as much as I had hoped, but that's ok.
I'll keep working on this now and release more after voting.

Yeah I noticed that right after I submit the game. lol, many things are fixed now... I just can't upload the next release until voting is over.

Thanks for testing out my game. I'm glad to see the mac export works well.

Just downloaded and will start playing from tomorrow. Sunday is my "day of rest", although it's being set aside as the day I make new videos too. So looks like between game dev, contest game testing, video making, teaching and chores, it's gonna be BUSY!! Anyway, I'll vote within the next few days (depending on my work schedule for next week).

Anyway, I like the concept so far. (Those kids are just so trusting, hey!) You have to finish it because my interest has been piqued as to the identity of the ghost. Love the custom graphics; they ARE cool and add personality to the game.

@CT_Bolt Short and sweet demo, but well executed. I love how you can choose your gender and weapon (I chose the claw instead of my usual choice the sword). Quite a few flourishes added as well, which added a bit more depth to the gameplay.

Ultimately, I voted for @CT_Bolt.

Heh, yeah. I have a newer version that tells you it's the end but every place I try to upload either freezes or lags too hard on me.. I'll be trying again shortly though.

I hear ya! Haha! In between Otherworld and Gaia's Dream, I think my brain is on the brink of overload. It mostly has to do with graphics too.

Do you mean Google Drive? If so, yes I've tried that. It just freezes and won't let me upload anything.

Google Drive is what I meant! I used to have problems uploading using Chrome - not so much now - but I haven't had ANY problems whatsoever uploading any files using Firefox. Chrome has a lot of issues. One of the biggest problems with Google Drive is that with the larger files it can't always handle them, even despite their claims you can upload up to 5TB! Anything above 250Gb it will have a little tiffy fit. Add to that a giant bug syncing files from local to cloud, it's a bit of a pain. However, once the file is uploaded I've found its one of the most reliable, with no expiry and no premium (unless you go over the plentily allocated drive space).

I'm using it with Safari :v but that sucks about its issues with larger files x0 that;s probably the problem I'm having. That and the cruddy wifi here...

Agreed. You'd think they'd actually "fix" the bugs instead of just "patching" them. Dropbox is fine, but its free account has far less storage space than any other online storage (2Gb rather than with Google Drive's 15Gb). Mediafire doesn't have a bad month-to-month deal ($5/mo) for 1Tb and is apparently "faster" than the free package. In the end, it's a matter of weighing up all the pros and cons. One way to get around the WiFi issue might be to split the ZIP file up and then upload smaller chunks.

The site I use to upload and store ALL of my MV games, for free, with unlimited downloads is called RPG Maker MV Resources and Forum. It even keeps tracks of how many downloads that I have had.

Ye, I've tried Dropbox as well and it takes a long time to start uploading. And even when it does actually begin to upload, it usually just gives me an error.
But eh, since voting should be ending today if I'm not mistaken, it's not all that worth it. It's just a small patch that alerts you when the demo's over. I'll probably try again when I decide to continue working on it, but until then, I don't care enough xD
