Contestants will be judged based on the amount of posts, content of posts, and how many topics you create that make a impact on the community and engage in activity. (If you put twenty really helpful, and useful posts and someone makes 30 unneeded posts that are generic replies you will win over the 30 post person)
You MUST post within the post rule guidelines.
Do not spam the forums with pointless, and unneeded content.
Making unneeded posts will have a negative effect on you in this event. (For example, if you post on a thread saying "Wow, really good" this doesn't benefit anyone or help the conversation. This will cause you to rank lower than people who post on the same post saying "I really like this project, however I did notice you should change x, x, x and x. While I really like x, x and x. Keep up the great work, and I look forward to seeing it finished!"
The goal of this is to get more engagement in the community, and to have helpful, and having content that will engage the community further.
Note: if payment is via Steam games or RMW you can choose up to the price, and not anything over. Any remaining money will be lost in the transaction (If you win $10 and get a $9.50 game you will not get the $0.50). Paypal payment, the charges of paypal will be taken out of the payment. So you will not receive the exact money amount.
