As far as I'm aware links to other forums is ok so long as the topic supports it. For example, if it's your topic about a resource set, and you have it already posted elsewhere. I believe you can link to that in your topic. Don't quote me though.

And yeah they seem to work over there. Not sure why it's only showing the BBcode here though.
