Tsukihime submitted a new resource:

http://himeworks.com/2015/11/counter-after-hit/ - Changes counterattack system so that target may get hit before they counterattack.

By default, when a target successfully counterattacks, they would automatically evade the attacker's action, and then respond with a normal attack.

This plugin changes it so that the target does not evade automatically, and will perform the counter attack afterwards.

Hime, this may be what I was looking for, or close to it. I was looking at when one character/enemy attacks, there is a good chance that BOTH sides get damaged. This almost has to happen in the current project that I am working with. When one melee attacks another, they literally 'ram' or collide into each other.

More detailed are here: http://rpgmakermv.co/threads/combat-system-where-both-attacker-and-defender-take-damage.1153/

Do you think that your plugin may be what I am looking for?

Thanks,
Jay

I would say no based on how this plugin is designed

1. Attacker performs skill on target
2. Target performs counter on attacker

Though some people have reported that with battle systems like yanfly's, they "appear" to be hit at the same time...

Thanks for the quick response. In this example 'A' and 'B' could be characters or enemies; 'A' just happens to be the one to go first. Would the sequence go similar to this? Attacker 'A' performs skill on target 'B', and then target 'B' performs counter on attacker 'A'. In same round, Attacker 'B' perform skill on target 'A', and then target 'A' performs counter on attacker 'B'.

That would be possible. In the video, you have Chimg attacking the shopkeeper, and then she counter-attacks. Then she attacks Chimg, and Chimg counterattacks.

However, I made it so that you couldn't counter a counter.

I have added and activated the plugin. I have failed to make a counter attack occur. Is there a step I may be forgetting?

UPDATE: Yes...go to the ex-parameter and put counter attack on 100%.

Thanks, this work close to what I may need. Just need to fine tune some specific. :)
