When Did They Update the Deployment Options?

Today, I noticed two new (to me) parts of the game deployment. Maybe they are new, and maybe I just never saw them.

The first, new-to-me, thing I noticed was the option to deploy to 'web browsers.'
The second, new-to-me, thing I noticed was the little box to 'exclude unused files.'

When did these things get updated?

They have been there since the last update, possibly the update before that, but they have been there for a little while now, you must not have seen them. Useful tools :)
