Unable to download free tile sets?

I'm looking to add to new tile sets and have found ones I like. I searched under the free section, but it tells me download unavailable. Here's the tile sets i'm trying to download.

Hmmm far as I know, Starbirds tilesets aren't free, those ones won't download, because they aren't free. They're set to be sold, but there's some kinda glitch it looks like.
