Rpg Maker MV Steam Store Help!

Hello, I am new to this website and to Steam so I don't know how it flows. Anyway, I have been in the Rpg Maker community for like three years now. My dilemma is that I just purchased the Rpg Maker MV Bundle pack on Steam and despite hours trying to figure out what the heck happened, I am unable to download this purchase!

I browsed through Google, and apparently from SteamPrices.com, this whole item is apparently unavailable from the Steam Store. I want to know what to do please.
