Hi there,
I've play the Undertale game which is made by RPG Maker.
There is some mini games or stages even the battle engaging seem cannot be done by RM's .
How did the team of Undertale can do these awesome function?
Any plug-in can do ?

Actually it's created using Game Maker: Studio, not RPG Maker.
But yes, it's possible to recreate it using plugins, no such plugin exists for public use for now, at least.
