Well, I think that this sort of thing actually depends on what kind of game you want to make.
I think they both look great, but game feel is key. If you want to create a game that feels kind of surreal, I would go with the second one, as it has a mystic kind of charm to it. However, if this is going to be a more realistic, hard-facts kind of game, I think the first one would be more appropriate, as an establishing shot of a landscape is a great title screen for such things.
Quality-wise, I can't really say either one because I like them both so much! Otherwise, I'd give you a definite answer.
