What does it do?
It's a perk system. Actors get perk points on specific levels when leveling up or on every level up.
Perk points can be spent in Perks Scene which can be accessed from menu.

Plugin Commands:

This looks amazing, but i must ask, is there any way to incorporate the JP plug in from yanfly as i dont want to have to manage so many different resources?

Nice! Thank you, and looking forward to using this great resource! Also on a side note, not sure if it works, but it seems like this would go perfectly with yanfly's passive states in that you would be able to buy passives.

Evert perk is a passive that takes data from a state ID. So you kinda do buy passive states by default with this plugin.
Restriction for buying perks? Accessing perks?
For the request, it'll be possible once I update it.

Hi Mr Trivel - I don't seem to be able to get the menu command to appear automatically in the main menu, likely due to incompatibility with one of the many plugins I've got (I'm going to guess Yanfly Main Menu as I first assumption). Can you let me know what the plugin command is to get the perks menu to open up?
