Hi, i making a rpg horror game and im struggling with a death trap ( i upload a video to show ) im a beginner

I just dont know how to make this looks good at least i search a tutorial to know how to make this

i want like to see the punch take the character away with the rest of the arm behind sorry i dont know how to explain this better :s
