LUK stat means in RMMV database ?

Juzt a basic thing that I can't understand in MV database...what does
LUK means and how does it function?
Is it for item drop rate?or smth?

My understanding of it is that it affects states/buffs/debuffs by comparing LUK rates to obtain its score. Yanfly released the Extra Parameter Formulas plugin, which allows you to change how default parameters are calculated (such as making LUK affect Critical Hit rates). I've not looked at it yet, but it might help you with seeing how and where it's applied.
