Might break a record for warmest Christmas, in Lafayette, Louisiana, USA today. It is not only going to be close to 80*F or 27*C, but also a 93% humidity. I wore shorts to Christmas lunch at my parents. Got to put on the A/C. That is right, air conditioning on Christmas.

Who else is having Christmas weather that is not typical for the region they are in?

We live by a gigantic pond, next door. The teal ducks have left, and the turtles and frogs are out.

Here, west, middle Europe. The flowers are blooming and it's like spring but autumn was soo much colder (mostly close to 0-3 C). Well, we had an extremely unusual hot summer too bc of the sahara winds (idk but it broke the record of my city twice in a few weeks). Read the news about weather in US, hope the people who have to life with the catastrophes are okay right now...

Well gulf stream makes Europe's and north America's climate dependend from each other, doesn't it? But man, 27 C is so hot we barely get to this temperature in summer(cry)

My dad's citrus plants not only have the current season's fruits: kumquats, satsumas, and navel oranges, BUT some are re-flowering, and one of the kumquats has a new batch of new young fruit mixed in with the ripened/ripening fruit.

Bad thing with the unusual temperature rn is i wanted to go skiing with my family next week(cry) hope there'll be enough snow in the Swiss

@Cunechan Were you referring to my dad's citrus plants reblooming and refruiting with current year's fruits on them? We live about 5 miles from there, and I am sure we will visit there in next few days. Just thinking...my youngest daughter lives with them. If you talking about about those plants, I could ask her to take pictures of them and Facebook them to me.

Yea, I can't stop sneezing the past few days. I really hate these cloudy rainy 40s temperatures. Apparently it will be freezing next week though.
