So I am making a game and during one of the events I have the main character talking to a person who then tells them to go get something for them. What I can't figure out is how do I set it up in a way that makes this person tell the player that they still need to get the items if they try to talk to the person without them. For example, the person says "You need to go get a sword and armor from the armory. Don't return until you have them." And then I want it to say "Go get your equipment; you're wasting time." if they try talking to him without having gone to the armory first. Then, after the gear has been fetched, I want it to say something else. Is there anyway to set up switches inside the event that could allow this to happen?
