Hey guys, hows it going? Well, after kinda lurking for a good while, I decided to make an account to fully be able to experience what this site has to offer. A bit about myself;

I'm 30 years old and live in the US. My first experience with RPG Maker was the PS1 version. My friends and I would make massive (for that one) games. Soon after I learned of RPG Maker 2000 and man, it was over after that. Been messing around with the older ones for the better part of almost 20 years now and I still love em.

I'm also a writer and artist. Both traditional and pixel. Been working on a Pokemon Crystal romhack and that has given me a good taste of spritework and making tilesets as well. Sadly, I'm not very musically inclined so I'm lacking in that department.

I have a lot of different ideas for games and really look forward to learning from you guys. Anything else that might cross your mind, feel free to ask.

Hello and welcome to the community :) I was actually making a pokemon game on XP not too long ago myself. You started off as a Team Rocket Grunt member, and eventually worked your way up and overtook giovanni. However, I found out something similar already existed so I shot down the idea :(
