Header broken in any Resource Category

Going into Resources -> Selecting any resource category (E.g. Plugins) the Header will end up being at the bottom of the page instead of top.

I have duplicated the error that @Mr. Trivel was talking about, the header being at bottom of page.

This is probably due to the new tabs @Xyphien recently created, it must have broken the responsiveness somewhere. There is also a strange title for one of those new tabs. "submission_date"I can only assume it's an easy fix, let's hope the header is an easy one, I'm sure @HotfireLegend can work his magic.

As a follow up to sorting categories, @Xyphien, it'd be nice to have them in Your Resources as well, would save trouble going through multiple pages just to find a resource to update.
