Event Ready Sinnistar's Glowing Wall Cracks - Event Ready RTP Tile Edit

Sinnistar made an RTP wall crack edit but it can't be used in an event without doing some editing. I decided I'd publish an event-ready version (with the author's permission) so you can use it without having to download Gimp just to do that one edit.
