Crop a picture

Is there any way to crop a picture in a circle? And put the center of the crop anywhere and specify the radius of the circle.

If this could be in code form it would save me a little time, thanks!

You can try using PIXI mask functions, but every time I tried using the mask functions I got a lot of issues, like windows not drawing correctly and getting random glitches. You can try it out on your own by checking out this small tutorial, it's really easy to create a mask but the problems are hard to solve.
