Anyway to edit or change the name input window?

Hello, has anybody seen a plug in or know of a way to edit the name input window that is used for renaming your character in MV? The main thing I want to do is remove the player picture that is shown there. Any advice would be appreciated.

In some of my games, I actually do not even have Face put in the Actor's area. This allows me to have the freedom to have sex choice selection, races, name selection, etc. done before having a face or character set/sv_set. These can be added after all these selections are made via eventing. If you need a step-by-step, let me know.
