I had this idea over two years ago, and I had pretty good results. I was trying to get writers from all of the continents. I, still yet, have to find one from Antarctica. Well, I am going to do it again.
Around the world, there are different concepts for different things. It is awesome when different cultures interact.
In Cajun land, where I was raised, and still reside, there is a will-o"-the-wisp like charcter known as a feu follet. Around the world there are also different types of fairies. Watch out....many are not quite the Tinker Bell persuasion. Some are viewed as lesser gods, and others are elusive to hunters, by having the feet on backwards. In some African cultures, the parents are afraid of some fairy-like creatures that steal and replace kids. From The Philippines, we get the diwatas. One is a guardian spirt for Mount Makiling; she is known as Mariang Makiling.
I was setting it up where each world, was based on a different culture's fairy. There was even rumor, that the mythological beings known as 'humans', even existed on one of these kingdoms.
Is anyone curious in continuing this anthology-like game?
