    Heal Stronger when used on User?

    Greetings! I'm trying to make an ability sort of like Taric's "Imbue" from League of Legends, that can heal himself and allies, but the heal is stronger when cast upon himself. Is there anyway to succeed with this in RPG Maker? Thanks in advance.
