Stupid Question: does removing the states specified in the plugin parameter restore Max HP to normal?

I kind of work more with the engine than I do the artwork. Mostly because I can't draw free-form worth crap, on computers or on paper. That said, I did make this VX Ace sprite sheet in Paint.NET. So I would consider myself a work-in-progress in sprite-making.

Not sure how I got here. Oh well. Oh right. I was looking for a character generator other than the default, purely out of curiosity. Anyway, newbie to RPG Maker MV here. (I'm more experienced with VX Ace, tbh) I would very much appreciate any help you guys can give.
