    I actually solved this myself by adding in the RPGMV folder this dll : opengl32.dll

    I wanted to buy the engine, but first I saw there is a trial mode so why spend my money when I can test it before to see if I can really work with it. It looks very promising but every time I change the menu it goes wrong like this : Anyone knows how to deal with this?
