Hey guys! It's time to unveil the first part of my second project, "Tales of the Lumminai". This is literally a very basic build and it still contains a lot of placeholders, so don't expect a finished demo as this is just version 0.01. I need some to test out and let me know their thoughts on the girl's path. The boy's path isn't playable passed his Lumminai beast battle, but it can still be played up to then. The girl's goes past that and into her first city where you can shop and stay at an inn. I don't have anything passed that just yet but me and my team have been working pretty hard on this project.
So, with this build I want you guys to check into the girl's (Lucia's) path and see what you think of it. If you feel the story isn't connecting or anything, let me know so I can build a stronger character bond with the story. Just bear in mind that it's all subject to change with the beginning so it most likely won't stay the same anyhow.

The Story:
Tales of the Lumminai is a dark fantasy rpg set in two parallel worlds. As the player, you get to choose which world to play in, based on the gender of your main character. Both stories are unique, and different yet similar.
Both worlds are experiencing unforeseen events that date back to the beginning of the Lumminai spirits themselves. A dark force prowls on the horizon and the mystery of this force remains untold. "The Evil One" has a dark plot to create something unimaginable, and he seeks the Lumminai Crystals of the 8 Great Heralds to achieve his goals.
Join Lumi, and the few remaining Heralds as they try and stop this evil force in any way they can! Uncover the hidden powers of the Lumminai spirits and use them to your advantage against "The Evil One" and his massive armies.

I haven't updated the intro to match the storyline I'm using yet.
There will eventually be a transformation system and summoning system.
There will be crafting as well as mining etc.
The placeholder map for Yurai village will be changed once I get a new one situated, so don't expect them all to look like RTP pre-generated ones like that.
We're thinking of potentially adding voice acting as well once we get further in.
Some areas contain hidden loot so look carefully.
