RPG Maker EIS Slow Text 1.03

Works fine for message windows, was looking for a way to slow down the pace of the battle/battle text, but this is great for what it is meant to do.

I'm sorry to hear you're facing some bad times. : (
I've experimented with your plugin a litle bit. It's confusing that you have not presented what number will be a substitute of the "basic" speed. For what I understand, the higher the number, the slower text goes - but why "0" is actually superslow? Shouldn't it be the "basic" speed instead?
Because your plugin disables the basic speed I'm not going to use it in my game. The "1" Text Speed is good, but it would be cool to have an option. I personally would prefer to have the basic speed in most of the times, but the 1 Text Speed in other situations.
However! I love the fact, that you have implemented an option to control the speed of every single text panel in the game. I think that's awesome.
