This is a short demo I made for Driftwood Gaming's, 5 minute game jam. It is made mainly to showcase the game's battle system and includes music from Speed Machine, that will feature in the full game among other great synthwave artists.
Combat
- The combat in the game features animated enemies, each with their own death animations.
- Rather than learning skills by levelling up, players will have to equip cybernetic upgrades to gain the advantage in battle.
- All weapons have their own animations and most have special abilities.
- Healing in the game is limited so players will have to use shielding strategically to mitigate damage
