I created a larger version of the default Window.png color palette and used numbers to reference each one. I did this to make it easier when using message codes. A quick glance at this image will give you the exact color you're looking for with the exact number you should be using.
This may also be useful when using my Window Pop plugin, because you will need these numbers to set the item color for the auto pop up.
