RPG Maker Custom System Font Color 1.0

This plugin will change the system font in the main menus, for example:
The MP, HP And TP beside all gauges are the default blue (16), you can now change this to any color in the window.png color pallette.

This is the defualt blue system font color(Left). After changing to a new color.(Right)
