Here's a couple simple cloud overlays I've made in Photoshop for use with MV. These are prolly best used with Kaus_Ultimate_Overlay plugin but should work just find as scrolling images too since I have them set so none of the edges were touched by the image. (This means both vertical and horizontal scrolling should work with these).
Anyhow, here's what they look like. I can't show an in game screenshot, but you should get the idea. Free to use in any project, no credits needed either but it is appreciated if you want to credit me!
