This plugin prevents the scene from updating until the scene is stabilized( at a steady FPS ), By default changing scenes in MV, there is usually a short lag spike at the start of the scene, this plugin will keep the scene from starting until the FPS is stable to ensure a smoother transition. This plugin also has the option to pre-upload animations/pictures on the fly, by pausing the scene until the resource is fully loaded, this ensures that animations/pictures do not cause any lag/stuttering when adding a new picture, or playing an animation. As of version 2.0.0 this plugin also has the ability to pre-load audio during scene transfers. Audio preloading is ONLY done for map, battle, and title scenes, any custom audio resources used through events, or through plugins, are not accounted for.
