It doesn't do anythign at all for me.downloaded,put in proper folder,renamed png as suggested,activated...nothing,just same old interface

Then there was probably a missed step. Download .js file, put it into your project's js/plugins folder, then open up Plugin Manager, select the plugin from there. And it'll work.
