Many of my paraplegic friends use voice recognition keyboard. I have diabetes, and also severe cervical foraminial stenosis and have numbness in the arms very often. If the numbness last long, go to the doctor, and from my health issues and others actually worse as time goes on. Not feeling in the arms, in no joking matter. Take it seriously.
