Since it’s a resource request, you can bump it by further describing your problem/request, or stating how you've tried to work around not having the plugin. That's my suggestion, at least - it has been a decent amount of time since you made the request, anyway, so it shouldn't be a big deal. :)
1. No spamming.
This includes:
Double posting (posting twice in a row, or back to back) at any time except when updating something.
so if you're updating something, it should be okay
either way, the forum should automatically merge your double post.
