Getting badges or achievement via post-count is a terrible idea. Especially considering someone posting shit tons of messages a day can still be the least rewarded in points. Also, it depends how well respected you are and how much you apply in other tasks as well ^^

That is not a thing yet, and I'm unsure if I can even do that. It is in the todo list however to do such things.
