Hello MVers! With the new theme on we now have the option to have customizable backgrounds. Currently we have 7, and we're trying to add more. This is your chance to be creative! All members for the next x amount of time (I haven't decided, and it might be an ongoing thing) can submit their custom made backgrounds for the chance to have it up as a background for everyone to use. This background must be made by you.

The minimum dimensions consist of: 1920x1080p

Sounds like a cool idea, I might participate.

So do you want us to follow a specific color scheme or anything? I just logged on so I still need to check out the current list of backgrounds available for this new feature, maybe that will give me some ideas.

Stuff that matches the theme, as well as lighter related content. White and light red maybe? All personal preference though, if the community chooses something that doesn't meet the color scheme that is fine.

OK awesome! If it's not too much trouble for you, do you think you can post like miniature versions of the current background customization options and add them to your first post here so I can glance at them sometimes for inspiration?

EDIT: Also, do you want us to post our submissions here or in a PM to you?

I'm unsure what you mean by customization options? Also, feel free to either PM me or post it on here that is fine reguardless.

whoops, sorry. I just wanted to know if you could post the current background theme images we have here so I could check them out in order to get inspiration. :D not necessary though!

also thanks for the info, I'll see what I can cook up this week ^_^

With my PC, both MV-Tansshow less than half of her. I wonder if this is because of different systems, or screen resolutions. It looks like I have about two inches for left and right borders.

@Amysaurus those damn background pics are epic! I love them and I'm using the dark theme one right now. MJ is right half of her is cut off, but personally, I'm still happy with it lol. I'm excited to see what the rest of the community comes up with.
